Repairs
Our jeweler,a highly trained master jeweler with over 40 years experience, is known as a pioneer in the CAD (Computer Aided Design) field.
Since our jeweler works onsite your fine jewelry will never leave our store. Whether it is a simple repair such as sizing a ring or as complex as custom designing a masterpiece, we can handle any job.
Laser Welder
With the investment of a laser welder, we have the ability to complete jobs not possible previously, both quickly and safely. Because gemstones such as Tanzanite and Emeralds cannot withstand heat, using a torch, the traditional method to repair jewelry, was not possible unless you removed the stone.
Removing the stone is labor intensive and dangerous to the stone. By using a laser, you can work in an area no larger in diameter than a hair follicle, to only apply heat to the area where the work is needed. Your precious gemstone is never in harms way and is untouched during the repair process.

Swiss Timepiece Service
Do you have a fine timepiece that is in need of repair? Our Rolex trained Swiss watchmaker is available for repairs on the finest timepieces.
We will work on most high line Swiss watches including: Rolex, Gucci, Tag-Heuer, Omega, Cartier, Movado, Breitling, Rado, Raymond Weil, LaSalle, Concord, Corum, Piaget, Patek Phillipe, Ebel, Baume & Mercier & Le Coultre.

Diamond Guarantee
We are excited to offer a One-Year Eternal Diamond Guarantee for diamond jewelry that retails up to $7,000 purchased from Diamonds Direct. This guarantee protects your purchase from theft, loss or damage (normal wear and tear expected) for one year from the date of purchase.
Your guarantee will expire on the anniversary date of your purchase. You can choose to renew the guarantee for a small charge as long as you wish. Just bring in your diamond jewelry to Diamonds Direct prior to the original purchase date. We will inspect the piece and issue you a new Diamond Guarantee.
Appraisals
Our Insurance Appraisal, which includes a detailed report and a photo of each item, is a favorite among insurance companies and our customers as well. Jewelry purchased at Diamonds Direct over $1,000 comes with a free appraisal. Purchases under $1,000 generally do not require an appraisal for most insurance companies.
We can also provide appraisals for estate pieces. The appraisal fee starts at $75.00 per item. Please contact us to set an appointment.
 Diamond Trade Up & Buy Back
Our Diamond Buy Back program is quite simple. When you purchase a diamond from Diamonds Direct, we give you what you originally paid for the item toward a new purchase that is at least double the original purchase price.
For example, if the you originally paid $5,000 for your diamond and you want to trade it in toward a larger diamond we will give you a $5,000 credit toward a purchase of $10,000 or more.
We accept trades on diamond stud earrings, diamond solitaire necklaces, diamond engagement rings and diamond solitaires. We will accept your trade regardless of how long ago it was purchased.
